NE & Y HCC guidelines have been developed by the NE&Y HCC and is intended for use by hospital trusts within the North East & Yorkshire region, as deemed appropriate by the local haematology team. If being adopted for use in a hospital trust, localisation information below must be completed and standard trust processes for approval of new or updated guidelines followed.
