As a Regional Team Lead with Keyfort Group in Gateshead and Cramlington, Busonma oversaw multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality support to individuals with diverse and complex needs. His leadership focused on empowering independence, safeguarding dignity, and embedding a culture of compassion and accountability across services.

Trained as a lawyer Busonma combines analytical precision with a deep commitment to social impact.

He currently serves as Deputy Chair of the North East and Yorkshire Haemoglobinopathy Coordinating Centre (HCC) PPV Panel, where he helps drive patient advocacy, equity, and inclusive decision-making across the network.
