Haematology Paediatric Consultant
I am a paediatric haematologist based in Sheffield and am involved in the care of children with all non-malignant haematological disorders across Sheffield, South Yorkshire and the Humber region. I have a role as the clinical lead for laboratory haematology at Sheffield Children’s Hospital. I specialise being the regional lead for haemoglobinopathies and rare anaemia care for paediatric services and the sickle cell paediatric lead for the North East and Yorkshire Haemoglobinopathy Coordinating Centre. I am also a member of the National Haemoglobinopathy Panel and will continue to work to the best of my ability to improve the equity and care for our patients and families over the coming years.
