Blessing Olasolomon is a skilled student recruitment expert in the field of international education and a dedicated advocate for individuals living with sickle cell disease. Diagnosed at the age of 7, she has triumphed over numerous health challenges, including leg ulcers, acute chest syndrom, and frequent SCD crises. Since starting the red cell exchange treatments, her quality of life has vastly improved. Blessing is also a devoted mother, driven by her aspiration to live a long, fulfilling, and impactful life. She recently graduated from the University of Hull with a Master’s degree in Advertising and Marketing. She now serves as the Chair of the HCC NE&Y Network, where she passionately represents Sickle Cell Warriors, advocating for better healthcare and increased awareness across the region.
